The power issue at Hex House was fixed earlier this morning. Connections should be restored for all members in the area.
Members connected via NN1417 Hex House (formerly Soft Surplus) are experiencing an outage as the hub has gone offline. We are investigating.
Members at The Olmstead are currently experiencing slower speeds due to a problem at our SN11 datacenter with one of our upstream provider’s infrastructure. Members at The Olmstead are currently routing via a backup wireless link until the problem is resolved. The provider has not yet provided an expected time frame for resolution of the issue, they are working on the problem. More updates will be shared as we learn more information.

We have detected an issue with the edge router at Supernode 10 which caused a brief period of interrupted connectivity this evening, we have failed over to SN3 and are monitoring the situation. You may experience slower speeds while we work to resolve this issue
