Supernode 3 upgrades completed successfully at 5:15am
Supernode 3 maintenance is starting. Nodes in Brooklyn may experience an outage or degraded service for the next 15-60 minutes
Nodes in Manhattan and the Bronx may be experiencing additional connection issues tonight due to recurring issues at Supernode 10. We are accelerating capacity upgrades at SN3 to 4am tomorrow morning to remove dependency on SN10 until the issues can be fully resolved.
Members will experience a short outage between 4 and 5am as we replace a router at SN3.
Full capacity was restored Sunday, 9pm ET for all mesh members. We will continue monitoring performance, investigating for knock-on effects, and plan for further improving redundancy and reliability across our Supernodes.

Friday night troubleshooting and upgrades have improved mesh performance for the moment; members may still experience slowdowns during peak evening hours until further on-site updates are performed, planned for Sunday afternoon. We ask that members refrain from running repeated speed tests and large file downloads if possible to ensure a consistent experience for other members.
As we continue to deal with reduced bandwidth capacity through the period of highest traffic in the evening, we ask members to reduce their bandwidth usage if possible. Please do not repeatedly run speedtests and pause non-essential downloads until later in the evening if possible. Reducing load on the network will help out everyone else.
Internet speeds may be sluggish throughout the evening for all members of the Mesh due to a degraded device at Supernode 10; work is planned later this evening to remediate the underlying problem and restore full speeds.
Members in Manhattan and the Bronx are again experiencing degraded internet connectivity. We’re working to resolve ASAP.

Work is completed at Henry hub
Members connected to the Henry hub in lower Manhattan may experience brief interruptions in service between 10am and 1pm as maintenance and upgrades are performed.
Connectivity issues affecting some clients of Supernode 3 were resolved just before 6pm. Please inform us if you experience any issues.
Members connecting through NN713 SN3 Industry City may be experiencing connectivity issues as a core piece of infrastructure is being reconfigured. Volunteers are on-site and working to fix things. Thanks for your patience!
