Our downstream internet provider is experiencing an outage impacting the Olmsted complex. Impacted members have been diverted to backup links, and connectivity may be slower than normal until the outage is resolved.

We are receiving reports of an outage at nn584 The Olmsted. Volunteers are looking into it.

Volunteers restored power to the Grand Street complex core router at 11:25AM, affecting many Manhattan and Brooklyn nodes. Apologies for the interruptions, we were not made aware of the maintenance work being done.

A power outage at NN1934 in Lower Manhattan is impacting multiple neighborhoods. Members may experience slower speeds or disconnection from the Internet. Volunteers are working to restore power and get the site back online.

Speed for members connected to hubs in Park Slope and Carroll Gardens may be slightly degraded this morning as maintenance is performed between 10am and 2pm ET.

Nodes connected to Vernon NN5916 may experience brief interruptions over the next two hours as we upgrade power and networking gear

Nodes connected to Supernode 3 in Industry City may experience brief interruptions between 2:30 and 4am this morning as equipment upgrades are performed.

We’re experiencing an outage at our Flatbush hub; connected nodes may have interrupted service. Volunteers will be working tomorrow morning to access the site and restore connectivity.

St Mark’s hub (NN219) is currently offline. Nodes that depend on it in the Bergen/Revere cluster are also offline. We are working with members in the building to investigate.
