Tonight between 11pm and 4am, our upstream provider is fixing an issue that caused outages yesterday and last Monday. During this time, performance may be degraded for members in Manhattan and northern Brooklyn. We expect full service to be restored early tomorrow morning

SN11 internet service was restored on January 16th but continued to be unreachable due to an underground fiber break between the data center and NN584 Olmsted. That fiber break was just fixed a few hours ago, and full Olmsted service has been restored
